A digipak is a 6 pane gate fold structure comprised of a paper stock or card stock binding, with one or more plastic trays holding a CD pr DVD. There many convention within a digipak that are essentially despite what ever genre it may be representing and some of these consists of:
- Artist image
- Name of album
- Track listing
- Bonus extras, deleted scenes or the "making of" another video on the album
- Website, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Official website (Website banner)
- Record label branding and logo
- Relevant images real or conceptual that link back the artist individual star persona or genre
- Price of album
- Recording information, producer, location recorded, who wrote what song
- DVD logo
- CD logo
